O meni:
V življenju sem se srečal z različnimi izzivi in notranjimi preizkušnjami, ki so me naučili poslušanja, potrpežljivosti in spoštovanja osebnih meja.
Lastna izkušnja me je vodila k razumevanju, kako pomembna sta prizemljenost in odgovoren odnos do osebne rasti.
Pri svojem delu ne iščem odgovorov namesto drugih, temveč nudim prostor za refleksijo, orientacijo in podporo.
Kaj je integrativni pogovor?
Integrativni pogovor je podporni, reflektivni pogovor, namenjen ljudem, ki si želijo razjasniti svoje trenutno življenjsko stanje, misli ali občutke ter jih povezati z vsakdanjim življenjem.
Pogovor poteka v varnem, spoštljivem in strukturiranem okviru. Temelji na poslušanju, odprtih vprašanjih in refleksiji, brez analiziranja, diagnosticiranja ali razlaganja vzrokov.
Namen pogovora
• orientacija v življenjskih situacijah
• osebna rast in samorefleksija
• podpora pri odločitvah in spremembah
• povezovanje telesne, čustvene in miselne izkušnje
• prizemljevanje in jasnejši stik s sabo
Integrativni pogovor ne išče »pravih odgovorov«, temveč pomaga, da posameznik sam poveže, kar že doživlja, in to prenese v praktično življenje.
Kako pogovor poteka
Pogovor traja približno 45 - 60 minut in poteka v treh fazah:
1. Uvod – kaj se trenutno dogaja in zakaj prihajaš
2. Raziskovanje – refleksija občutkov, misli in izkušenj
3. Integracija – povezava z vsakdanjim življenjem in konkretnimi koraki
Pogovor je lahko samostojen ali del širšega celostnega dela (reikija, masaž...).
Pomembna pojasnila in meje
• Integrativni pogovor ni psihoterapija, psihološko svetovanje ali zdravstvena obravnava.
• Ne vključuje diagnosticiranja, zdravljenja ali obravnave duševnih motenj.
• Ne nadomešča strokovne psihološke, psihoterapevtske ali psihiatrične pomoči.
• V primeru resnejših psihičnih stisk je priporočljivo imeti ali poiskati ustrezno strokovno podporo.
Če se med pogovorom odprejo teme, ki presegajo okvir varnega podpornega pogovora, bo to jasno in spoštljivo naslovljeno.
Zaupnost
Vse informacije, deljene v okviru pogovora, so obravnavane kot zaupne in se ne delijo s tretjimi osebami, razen v primerih, ki jih zahteva zakon (npr. neposredna nevarnost za življenje).
Komu je pogovor namenjen
• ljudem, ki želijo pogovor in refleksijo
• posameznikom v obdobju sprememb ali iskanja
• ljudem, ki se soočajo z vprašanji smisla, identitete ali notranje usmeritve
• posameznikom, ki se nahajajo v osebnem ali duhovnem iskanju in si želijo pogovor v prizemljenem, realnem okviru

Včasih potrebujemo prostor, kjer lahko spregovorimo brez mask.
Kjer misli dobijo obliko in občutki prostor.
Integrativni pogovori so srečanje – s sabo in z drugim.
Ne iščejo hitrih rešitev, temveč odpirajo prostor razumevanja.
V dialogu se pogosto zgodi razjasnitev.
V tišini med besedami se pojavi uvid.
In iz uvida lahko zraste nova smer.

The conversation takes place within a safe, respectful, and structured framework. It is based on listening, open-ended questions, and reflection — without analyzing, diagnosing, or interpreting causes.
Purpose of the Conversation

• support in decisions and changes
• connecting bodily, emotional, and mental experience
• grounding and clearer contact with oneself
An integrative conversation does not seek “right answers,” but helps the individual connect what they are already experiencing and bring it into practical life.
How the Conversation Takes Place
The conversation lasts approximately 45 - 60 minutes and unfolds in three phases:
1. Introduction – what is currently happening and why you are coming
2. Exploration – reflection on feelings, thoughts, and experiences
3. Integration – connecting insights with everyday life and concrete steps
